With a stadium that sits in the West Midlands town of the same name, Walsall FC are competitors in English Football League Two. Nicknamed the “Saddlers” to pay homage to the town’s prestigious history of masterfully crafting saddles for the Royal family, the club dates all the way back to when Queen Victoria sat on the throne. Walsall FC has a long and proud history, and in 1892 was a founding member of the EFL Championship (then Division 2), the second tier of English Professional Football. In its 136 year history, the Club has played in every division within the EFL — culminating in League Two titles in 1960 and 2007.
